Role: Independent Director (Board Member)

We seek a visionary leader with expertise in entertainment, finance, or corporate governance to join our Board of Directors. This is a part-time, equity-compensated role ideal for someone passionate about guiding startups through pivotal growth phases.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic oversight for fundraising, financial planning, and governance.

* Advise on entertainment industry trends, IP strategy, and content distribution.

* Review and approve major corporate actions (e.g., financings, acquisitions).

* Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual/in-person) and ad-hoc strategy sessions.

* Mentor the CEO and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Industry Expertise: Background in film/TV production, media law, or entertainment finance.

* Startup/Scale-Up Experience: Familiarity with seed-stage ventures, fundraising, and investor relations.

* Governance Skills: Understanding of Delaware corporate law, fiduciary duties, and risk management.

* Network: Connections to investors, distributors, or creative talent.

* Passion for Innovation: Interest in emerging trends (e.g., streaming, AI-driven content).
